One of the most malicious people online is an EOPC fighter, she has been identified. and this defamation and abuse will then stop on their end - for good. Don't have anything to do with these people. They are everything I tht they were. I am deleting all that I have written on this subject, and this is one of the last few remaining accounts, representing 7 months of abuse and criminal activity by eopc..it will b4/09e gone, when terms are finalized. The blog that EOPC, submitted to them by Elaine May Smith is defamitory, and illegal. Eopc has actually violated criminal law in hosting this complaint, because "fighter" of cyberpath, has attempted to prejudice a legal case in Boston, and has lied about his sources. The argument was hosted by webpress, but apparantly this is the story Fighter does not want the reader to see. It is below. Elaine Smith has rejected a christmas offer to end this, by retraction. Or other wise taking this blog down. All of the statements on it are false. But fighet reveals his true colors below. Fighter, Elaine Smith, Stonehaven, Scotland: The cyberpathic criminals
(On “Fighter” of cyberpath and Elaine Smith criminal intent: a conspiracy to obstruct justice.)
We will develop this story to completion later and edit it better, but this page describes Fighters conspiracy with Kline and Smith to obstruct justice in a civil employment case.
He is a liar in saying he obtained the MCAD document from the MCAD or anywhere online. He got the info from Elaine smith, and rick kline, Elaine sent him the MCAD filing from my employer that I sent her in the summer of 2007 (thier rebuttal) he, Fighter, or cyberpath (eopc) ignored the facts in the case, my argument to MCAD.
And he judges the case online.
He mentions it every chance he can - probably to maximize its search ability.
Elaine sent the EEOC summary that I wrote to cyberpath. Elaine has nothing to do with this case, nor does fighter of cyberpath, but because Elaine was reported for welfare fraud, (and she is guilty of multiple counts, she and involved me in those abuses) she decided this was a payback.
But it is she who breaks the law by robbing welfare. She is punished.
She needs to block justice and redemption for me, as well my employment, by using cyberpath to broadcast his opinion of the case online so to predjudice the case.I haven’t broken the law.
Cyberpath does not care about Elaine’s welfare fraud (her motive for making the defamtory blog.) her theft of my financial info, or her sex harassment. He bought her story from snippets of emails sent out of context, a bit of cleavage, and Kline’s impotent bluster. And that’s it.
There was no critical questioning of smith or her motives or background check.
Not that fighter is authorized to do any of that. Vigilantes take judgement and law into their own hands.
If she says it it so, it is so.
Fighter insinuates the MCAD document is available for the public. It is not. I called an employment lawyer, and the MCAD and Fighters statement is false, an employer can not get this info. This can be verified by anyone.
He also insinuates there was a conclusion by the MCAD. There was not. Except that the case was approved for trial. In reverse discrimination/discrimination cases, which may end up in court, all have to be filed first with the MCAD and EEOC, but because it was not tried there, it would not be available for the gen public and even if it was, an employer would have to get a signed release to see it. They do not do that on employment screening.
This proves fighter of cyberpath a liar, and a criminal.

Can’t possibly be his fault he’s a lunatic with a record of problems with authority.” No cyberpathic “fighter,) Firstly, I was accused of threatning a nurse in letter of termination. But they knew that to say that without a date would loose the case for them, so they changed the rational, saying “he must have done it because of gum on a desk and insubordinate emails.
Even that argument is flawed, because they didn’t answer emailed questions that they invited, thus producing normal frustration, and also they never warned me using a three tiered warning system, that I was insubordinate while on PLOA.
The contract provides for 3 verbal warnings and a written warning. I haven’t received any disciplinary warnings in 9 nine years, I was simply sacked, probably against the advice of their first lawyer. As she was fired. (you make an issue I switch lawyers don’t you, so do they, if the lawyer will not do what they want).
They may be on their third lawyer for all we know fighter, but how did you know I was on my third lawyer, and how did you even know that at one time there was a legal case? Why are you talking about it? Who the hell are you? Where did you get info about it?
I don’t see that online anywhere either. There is no third lawyer who has taken the case. The third lawyer took the evidence, but asked me to copy it and get a log of what is there, because of missing evidence. I haven t gone back yet, as I don’t know how to deal with what you are doing, and approach her, with what you are doing.
Anyone can call the MCAD and see such info is not available. Especially info on untried cases. Filed cases are unavailable. And there is no covert database for such cases an employer can access, such a data base would be illegal and an example discrimination in hiring which could lead to litigation. It violates employment law.
(Now fighter you argue that dealing with you in court is wrong, it is litigious. I will make another offer for you to settle this like a man, meet me at my house, and throw the first punch, then be prepared for the consequences. I wont kill you, but I will mop the side walk with you? Deal? If you don’t show up, then shut up. Kline is welcome to show as well.)
What “fighter” got online was thru emails and fax from smith/ and Kline , not from my internet posts, all of his info was from elaine smith and the MCAS pdf, was the rebuttal submitted by the employer that I gave Elaine last year, and all of what I gave I requested she erase in January,
(some times editing at nite is bad because internet slows way down and spaces happen, if you see them, keep reading, there’s more. )
And that is is it. He also got a case summary written for the EEOC, sent to Elaine Smith, and given to him by Elaine Smith. In addition, he read an article on line at a nursing group, the link was provided by Elaine and Kline, this article did not contain any of the information he referenced in his emails to this blog but later he claimed it did, I will post that article here.
There was no info on a law case then, there was no intent to file then, feb 19 2007.This article will show that the info he sent in his anon emails had to have come from smith, and that “fighter” was actively trying to prejudice a law case.

I had written an article on Elaine’s sex harassment at soundclick. And showed the abusive pages, and some emails exchanges with soundclick. I set up a little poll. And the object of it was to see who approved of Soundclicks idea of discipline for TOS violations. If I had violated TOS, and it could be argued I did, then why wasn’t elaine treated like me. Why was she allowed to privatize her page harassment page, and I had my whole site taken down. Elaine was deliberately harassing me, and jeopardizing my financial info, and pretending not to get lawyers polite requests to settle TPI issues, and deal with issues around my security.
She had my e sig, ss number, bank and debit numbers, and, on her sex harassment page, she was threatening me by saying she would make a cd out of chats. So I set up the poll. There was only one reply, it was from fighter. But he pretended to be an ordinary blogger.
He argued I must have done something to deserve the harassment. He also argued the pages didn’t exist, that I just made them up, I responded this way, to this “supposed” deluded fem bot. I thought it was Elaine actually defending herself, and, in a sense it was, it was cyberbully “fighter” all along defending Elaine’s sex harassment.:Fighter, while pretending to be an innocent poster, called sex harassment “mere words. a poem, and cleavage” he was dictating what should offend me, but I expect he’d have Elaine Killed, if she did it to him, his mindset from his group chats, is sociopathic.(words, cleavage, and a poem, essentially the data he used to side with elaine in the first place by promoting her story)
Below I respond to “fighters” commment on the wordpress blog, the first and only intended post here, the argument that soundclick had behaved unfairly and that smith was sexually harassing, he defends, and as always he is role plating somebody else, and posting anon, like a coward,

Yes, this was a form of sexual abuse. And in a sense Elaine by publishing that abusive page, makes her self someone who abuses, using sex. But, it was also a violation of copyright law, and a threat, and a mockery of someone to whom she was betrothed just a few months before. She *knew* what the effect would be…and she *knew* what the break up effects were. This was added.When copyright violation is included, IMO, there were 4 violations of TOS that went unpunished.

Well he does answer the question “do you know me?”
He pretends to be a nurse that I worked with but he has me guessing which one. It has to be a specific nurse to satisfy Elaine, and so he rejects several guesses until he gets to that one, a former director. (this impostership of a licensed professional, is criminal in this state)
This is really bizarre activity, and needs to be discussed in sequence, my time is limited now. but It is diabolical stuff worth waiting for. These cyberpath people are quite dangerous, and so is Elaine Smith, if she could even concieve of such brazen smears, and attacks.
He was trying to get me to expose this nurse as I had done Elaine, so he could email her, using the email I sent elaine, and also, send the exposure to my former employer. Unbelievable - but absolutely true.
This group at cyberpath should be shut down and prosecuted for this. This isn’t just abuse.
It is vileness at it’s worst, criminality, uncivilized activity. It would incite anyone to rage, but, if he had done this same type of thing to Elaine, she’d be in a back ward of a nuthouse by now, she’s something of an hysteric and far more image oriented than I am..
This guy has even sent sexually solicitous emails hoping I’d answer them. One of his nut cases wrote me and said my blog was defamatory, I answered by saying I am describing defamation- my email without her comment showed up the internet.

What he is trying to do, is get me so angry that I write on M, as I had done Elaine. But he proves he isnt a nurse, by answering the question wrong, his only medical answer is

The answer was: you would transfuse with that hemmatocrit, and fight the source of the anemia, is it bleeding or aplastic, or cellular malfomation, you check platlets.
And an INR of 2.7 is ok if the person is on coumadin.

Aside from being an obvious jerk, fighter has prentended to be a nurse and said awful things in her name, he manipulated to get me to write on her, blamed me for the death of my brother, rationalized sex harassment, threatened a law case, and refered to post that says nothing about the specifics he mentioned. He could only have got this info from elaine smith.
This is the post he refers to above when he says remember this “I am a manager” (it follows below) it was posted to a nursing group way before there was a legal issue, at about the time, I started communicating with Elaine in 2007. No details, names or other facts could be derived from this post, as fighter claims, in fact, as of april 23 2008, there is no case. And if Elaine has her way, there will be no case.

The director never said, “when did he do this?” “who was present?”“where were you in the building when this happened?” (that is relevantas there are cameras in the building) and also never asked her “whydidn’t you say something before.” She made this person the focus of HR a note saying I didn’t want to be amanager anymore, and wanted to work as a staff nurse.

After hearing about DM, the human resources director in 2007, Elaine called her, “human remains” but since she has emulated her for 10 months, obviously goading me in her silence, in response to erasure of my personal and financial info, the term is more applicable to her.

Did elaine tell you that she forwarded my employer an email explaining why I pulled the case from the MCAD? No, fighter, Elaine never believed the case was frivolous. We will develop this story to completion later and edit it better, but this page describes Fighters conspiracy with Kline and Smith to obstruct justice in a civil employment case.
He is a liar in saying he obtained the MCAD document from the MCAD or anywhere online. He got the info from Elaine smith, and rick kline, Elaine sent him the MCAD filing from my employer that I sent her in the summer of 2007 (thier rebuttal) he, Fighter, or cyberpath (eopc) ignored the facts in the case, my argument to MCAD.
And he judges the case online.
He mentions it every chance he can - probably to maximize its search ability.
Elaine sent the EEOC summary that I wrote to cyberpath. Elaine has nothing to do with this case, nor does fighter of cyberpath, but because Elaine was reported for welfare fraud, (and she is guilty of multiple counts, she and involved me in those abuses) she decided this was a payback.
But it is she who breaks the law by robbing welfare. She is punished.
She needs to block justice and redemption for me, as well my employment, by using cyberpath to broadcast his opinion of the case online so to predjudice the case.I haven’t broken the law.
Cyberpath does not care about Elaine’s welfare fraud (her motive for making the defamtory blog.) her theft of my financial info, or her sex harassment. He bought her story from snippets of emails sent out of context, a bit of cleavage, and Kline’s impotent bluster. And that’s it.
There was no critical questioning of smith or her motives or background check.
Not that fighter is authorized to do any of that. Vigilantes take judgement and law into their own hands.

Fighter insinuates the MCAD document is available for the public. It is not. I called an employment lawyer, and the MCAD and Fighters statement is false, an employer can not get this info. This can be verified by anyone.
He also insinuates there was a conclusion by the MCAD. There was not. Except that the case was approved for trial. In reverse discrimination/discrimination cases, which may end up in court, all have to be filed first with the MCAD and EEOC, but because it was not tried there, it would not be available for the gen public and even if it was, an employer would have to get a signed release to see it. They do not do that on employment screening.
This proves fighter of cyberpath a liar, and a criminal.

Even that argument is flawed, because they didn’t answer emailed questions that they invited, thus producing normal frustration, and also they never warned me using a three tiered warning system, that I was insubordinate while on PLOA.
The contract provides for 3 verbal warnings and a written warning. I haven’t received any disciplinary warnings in 9 nine years, I was simply sacked, probably against the advice of their first lawyer. As she was fired. (you make an issue I switch lawyers don’t you, so do they, if the lawyer will not do what they want).
They may be on their third lawyer for all we know fighter, but how did you know I was on my third lawyer, and how did you even know that at one time there was a legal case? Why are you talking about it? Who the hell are you? Where did you get info about it?
I don’t see that online anywhere either. There is no third lawyer who has taken the case. The third lawyer took the evidence, but asked me to copy it and get a log of what is there, because of missing evidence. I haven t gone back yet, as I don’t know how to deal with what you are doing, and approach her, with what you are doing.
Anyone can call the MCAD and see such info is not available. Especially info on untried cases. Filed cases are unavailable. And there is no covert database for such cases an employer can access, such a data base would be illegal and an example discrimination in hiring which could lead to litigation. It violates employment law.

What “fighter” got online was thru emails and fax from smith/ and Kline , not from my internet posts, all of his info was from elaine smith and the MCAS pdf, was the rebuttal submitted by the employer that I gave Elaine last year, and all of what I gave I requested she erase in January,

I had written an article on Elaine’s sex harassment at soundclick. And showed the abusive pages, and some emails exchanges with soundclick. I set up a little poll. And the object of it was to see who approved of Soundclicks idea of discipline for TOS violations. If I had violated TOS, and it could be argued I did, then why wasn’t elaine treated like me. Why was she allowed to privatize her page harassment page, and I had my whole site taken down. Elaine was deliberately harassing me, and jeopardizing my financial info, and pretending not to get lawyers polite requests to settle TPI issues, and deal with issues around my security.
She had my e sig, ss number, bank and debit numbers, and, on her sex harassment page, she was threatening me by saying she would make a cd out of chats. So I set up the poll. There was only one reply, it was from fighter. But he pretended to be an ordinary blogger.
He argued I must have done something to deserve the harassment. He also argued the pages didn’t exist, that I just made them up, I responded this way, to this “supposed” deluded fem bot. If your going to test someone on medical knowledge you have to get your terminology correct in the first place. It’s mEq/dL, note the big E, and mg/dL, note the big L. Is that why you always had a hard time writing up case notes? You can’t spell, you can’t even get abbreviations correct.

The answer was: you would transfuse with that hemmatocrit, and fight the source of the anemia, is it bleeding or aplastic, or cellular malfomation, you check platlets.
And an INR of 2.7 is ok if the person is on coumadin.

Aside from being an obvious jerk, fighter has prentended to be a nurse and said awful things in her name, he manipulated to get me to write on her, blamed me for the death of my brother, rationalized sex harassment, threatened a law case, and refered to post that says nothing about the specifics he mentioned. He could only have got this info from elaine smith.
This is the post he refers to above when he says remember this “I am a manager” (it follows below) it was posted to a nursing group way before there was a legal issue, at about the time, I started communicating with Elaine in 2007. No details, names or other facts could be derived from this post, as fighter claims, in fact, as of april 23 2008, there is no case. And if Elaine has her way, there will be no case.

When I did do this, the new director called me into her office and asked me for the 3rd time, after Idocumented it, to put in files, why I had not documented it before? The pretense of the meeting was :’to get to know you.”a false pretense.

The director never said, “when did he do this?” “who was present?”“where were you in the building when this happened?” (that is relevantas there are cameras in the building) and also never asked her “whydidn’t you say something before.” She made this person the focus of HR a note saying I didn’t want to be amanager anymore, and wanted to work as a staff nurse.

That statement (below) was made by somebody familiar with my job responsibilities, the IP of the poster would prove it. Now that the post has been removed from Cyberpaths blog, Elaine will probably zap it. But I have the photo. And html.
This individual is familiar with my job and seems to rejoice in the prospects future installments, he also shows more distain for my workload, as if I revelled in it, the post in January, shows I was calling in my options to back to being staff nurse, nobody wanted that position, and when I was recommened by a nurse named Valorie, A. a woman of great character, I told her I didnt wanted, she said I should try it and if I didnt feel I could cope, I should just opt out, as she did, That position was extremely unrewarding, nobody wanted it. But this pig claims to I saw myself in Godlike dominion over pts and staff. (the idea is laughable, the job was 36 hrs of hanging ten on the edge of liablity. Taking care of 18 pts of my own, and administrator duties made the position absurd. I used to offer it to people.

“I have spent some time around sociopaths. In their work you usually find them in positions of power and have control over subordinates.
Take for instance Gary Stone, he was a registered nurse and for many years the night manager. He had control over the nurses under him and god like control over his patients.

I believe it is my former employer. And he sounds over joyed doesn’t he? At least for a bit, until he realized his IP could be tracked. Is that all folks? Hell no, there’s much more to come with regard to an overt attempt to prevent justice in Boston, and much more on Elaines warped sick and criminal thought process. But the reader should see that there are serious implications for us all if a woman scorned, and an online bully can do this much damage. Too much authority has been given them.
